Attorney Bill Keller is a founding member of the Firm.

Bill leads the Firm’s real estate practice representing buyers and sellers throughout the Commonwealth. Annually, he closes tens of millions of dollars in mortgage loans for banks and other institutional lenders. All title work on these transactions is insured as Bill is an agent of a number of national title insurance companies.

Within the firm’s personal injury specialty he concentrates in Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability. His workers compensation experience began in 1980 while employed at a Boston law firm representing insurance companies and self insurers. After a few years his focus shifted to representing injured workers. Bill has assisted hundreds of workers and their families through this very difficult time in their lives with understanding, skill, and determination. He litigates cases before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents from conciliation, through conference and hearing, and when necessary on appeal. Bill also regularly represents disabled individuals seeking Social Security Disability benefits. For non work related disabilities, Social Security Disability is often the only benefit available at this time of financial need. In a work related setting, these benefits can be a supplement to workers compensation benefits.

Bill is a long time resident of Sudbury where he and his wife, Myra, raised their two children who are now adults making their own ways in the world. Bill has served his community as elected town official. As a Selectman from 2003 to 2009, he collaborated on a broad range of responsibilities from approving budgets, to hiring and overseeing senior Town staff, to addressing the Town’s public safety and recreational needs. Previously, he served on the Planning Board for six years, three as chair, gaining experience in real estate development. Before that he served two years on the Board of Assessors honing his municipal finance and tax skills. Serving in town government was Bill’s way of giving something back to his community. While no longer serving in Town government, he volunteers and serves on the board of a local food pantry.
